TP-480 |
TP 480 is a very
flexible and extremely sturdy machine, faster then any other
similar model on the market and certainly more economic.
Easy to use thanks to the exclusive system
of binding, it is distinguished by its low consumptions, low
price, full functionality, robust design and low maintenance.
It is the true "work horse" of
our line: ideal to starting with the Double-loop wire system.

HOW
IT WORKS |

|
The
operator must set up the computer with the basic inputs: pitch,
diameter, n° of loops per length |
|
The
machine automatically unwinds the spool, cuts the length in
the wished n° of loops and carries it on a belt in binding
position. |
|
The
operator must simply insert the pre-punched block of sheets
by "hanging" it into the open spiral, that lies
open in front of the operator. |
|
After
the insertion, he has only to push the foot-switch and the
whole product is automatically carried in the closing area,
where a closing press binds it. At the end the product moves
onto the conveyor. |
|
No
need to change complex tools: only a closing bar that takes
5 minutes to change. |
