HOW
IT WORKS |
| |
 |
The
operator must set up the computer with the basical inputs:
pitch, diameter, n° of loops per lenght, n° of lengths
; then he has to put the product directly under the carter
and press the foot-switch. |
 |
The
machine automatically unwides the spool, cuts the length in
the wished n° of loops and carries it on a magnetic oscillating
arm. The same arm puts each lenght into the inferior part
of the binding tool, where it is strongly held thanks to a
set of microteeth. |
 |
The
R622 then closes like a pience the inferior and superior part
of the tool, so that the spiral is pushed into the holes of
the product and the points and tails are closed simultaneusly.
|
 |
If
necessary it can meanwhile insert the hanger by mean of a
semiautomatic hanger feeder. |
 |
The
result is a very precise and fast binding with big diameters
and big thickness, even if the holes of the block of sheets
have not been perfectly aligned. |

pre-punched calendars or books from 1/4" (3:1")
up to 1" (2:1"). |
 |
Uses Stuebing Double
Loop Wire Spools. |
 |
Wires
continuous in spools for a maximum binding thickness of 24
mm (check binding table)
|
 |
Maximum
Hanger length : 300 mm
|
 |
Maximum
binding length: 600 mm. |
 |
Skip
binding up to 5 pieces, even with different number of loops
if required. |
 |
Dedicated
profiled binding tools for each diameter. |
 |
Machine
speed is over 1200 cycles per hour. Effective productivity
depends on operator skill and on the products' features. |
