A further advancement for Rilecart in the automation of double
loop wire binding.
A clever and flexible machine able for punching and binding
in line up to 3/8" and to bind automatically up to 9/16"
products already punched.
Using the best of Rilecart technologies, compact, user friendly,
this machine is the perfect solution when you want upgrade
your semi-automatic machines, but you have not enough work
to run bigger automatic lines such as the PB796HD.

HOW
IT WORKS |

Calendars
and books are first collated and placed on the machine, then,
depending on the thickness of the product, you can use the
machine in three ways: |

4 mm: the machine in this case works in line without anything
else to do: You will simply pick up the product bound on the
conveyor.
|

x < 8 mm: it is necessary to use the separating blade and
split the product in two booklets that will be punched separately
by the double-action punching tool.

x < 11,0mm: over the maximum punching limit of the machine,
it is necessary to use products already punched.
